As the designer and maker of your jewellery, my hope is that you are absolutely delighted with your piece. However, if you are unhappy and would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have contacted me, we can then arrange for your piece to be returned. It must be returned within 28 days of purchase and must be in a perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging. 

Once I have received your return I can then process your refund payment. 

Unfortunately, refunds can not be made for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons. The same applies for custom pieces. 

The cost of returning your piece of jewellery is your responsibility and initial delivery charges will only be refunded in the rare occasion that your item is faulty or damaged. 

Please ensure that you return your jewellery using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is tracked, ensuring that your item won't get lost in the post. Making a return using another delivery method will be at your own risk and I will be unable to process and complete your refund.
